Made for approaches on trails and mixed terrain, speed hiking and travel, the Scarpa Zen Pro is a durable and versatile shoe featuring a suede water-resistant upper built with Sock-Fit DVL construction. The Cocona lining is breathable and fast-drying, for quick evaporation of sweat and odour control. It also features a Vibram Spyder II rubber outsole with injected midsole and rubber toe rand for added protection.
Scarpa have taken the wildly popular Zen and upgraded it to make the Zen Pro. The EVA midsole has been improved with an injected model for longer life. The Vibram sole is now Spyder II, which offers great stick, but won't pick up pebbles and gravel. The leather along the side of the shoe has been upgraded with PU-injected reinforcing, improving abrasion resistance. The Zen Pro also offers a better fit with SCARPA's Sock-Fit DV system, giving them the feel of a running shoe, but the sensitivity of an approach shoe
